How your gift helps
This gift will help someone impacted by poverty kick-start a business and secure a stable income. Thank you!
Christine, in Uganda, received a sewing machine through a loan from her Savings Group. A group that was established with the support of Tearfund’s local partner, Vision Turedo. It has transformed her family’s life, which previously survived on very little income. With the establishment of her tailoring business Christine’s dreams for her children are within reach.
“I want to send my children to school and I’m really planning for them,” she shares. “That’s why I really want to continue with tailoring -- it will help me educate my children.”
