You’re helping to train First Nations community leaders to work with families in their communities and support positive change. Tearfund is proud to partner with Nungalinya College in the Northern Territory in its Faith and Family Wellbeing program. In this Certificate II course, students learn skills to help them cope with situations of stress and conflict, as well as self-care practices.

The course has been designed in consultation with community leaders. Participants come from a number of remote communities across the Northern Territory. Many already have leadership roles in their community, and this training will help them deepen their ministry.
