Reaching another milestone gives me a chance to reflect, once again, on what really matters in life. Our Kitchen Table is a group of mothers in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne who gather fortnightly around a humble kitchen table. We gather to share our lives, support each other and look outside of ourselves, to empower women and mothers globally by supporting the work of TEAR and its' partners. Here, we raise funds for our sisters in India. Sahaasee, we stand with you.

This Christmas I am running a Useful Gift shop to fundraise for TEAR & help fight poverty. If you've bought your Dad socks & your Mum chocolate for the last decade, instead buy them a Useful Gift & in turn contribute to a world where all can flourish! In January I'll be visiting TEAR's partners in Nepal to see the really useful work these funds will contribute to.
South Asia Flood Response
TEAR Australia is urgently raising $75,000 to help our partners respond to severe flooding throughout South Asia. Heavy monsoon rains across Nepal, Bangladesh and the north of India have created widespread flooding, leaving people homeless, and causing major loss of livestock and household assets.
